Our Journey in Film Making

Our Film Making journey began from 2010. Now, we are proud to be counted among the top filmmakers in the Tamil industry, leading the shift into digital filmmaking. From Madhubaanakadai to Kurangu Pedal, our films have been celebrated for their originality and emotional depth. We have not only created but also produced, promoted, and distributed films that leave a lasting impact.

Our film, Kurangu Pedal, earned widespread praise and was released in 2024 by leading star actor Sivakarthikeyan.

Director Kamalakannan

The Founder & Creative Director

Director Kamalakannan is a storyteller, filmmaker, and visionary whose passion for crafting life-touching narratives forms the creative soul of Montage. With an eye for human emotions and a deep command of new-age media and digital technologies, he brings a rare blend of cinematic artistry and modern communication expertise to every project we take on.

Over the years, he has directed three critically appreciated films—Madhubaanakadai, Vattam, and Kurangu Pedal—each reflecting his signature ability to capture the nuances of everyday life with authenticity and visual finesse. His talent has been recognised with prestigious honours, including the Aravindan Puraskaram for Best Debutant Director (2012) and the Sri Sankaradas Swamigal Award for Best Film (2024), establishing him as a filmmaker with both creative depth and cultural impact.

As the Producer of Madhubaanakadai and Kurangu Pedal, Savitha has been instrumental in transforming ideas into impactful on-screen experiences. Her expertise spans across content writing, strategic planning, project execution, and client management, making her a multi-dimensional force who brings structure to creativity and confidence to every collaboration.
